Política de Inactividad para Cuentas del Nivel Gratuito
Al usar el Nivel Gratuito de AdvysorTV, el usuario reconoce y acepta que las cuentas gratuitas están sujetas a políticas de actividad y gestión de recursos. Una cuenta del Nivel Gratuito puede considerarse inactiva si no existe actividad significativa —incluyendo, entre otros, inicios de sesión de usuarios, actualizaciones de anuncios o comunicación activa de dispositivos TV— durante un período de sesenta (60) días consecutivos.
Las cuentas que permanezcan inactivas durante noventa (90) días consecutivos podrán ser colocadas en un estado archivado, lo que puede resultar en la suspensión de la entrega de contenido, la desactivación de los dispositivos TV conectados, la funcionalidad restringida del panel de control y la migración de medios almacenados a sistemas de almacenamiento de menor costo. AdvysorTV podrá intentar notificar a los usuarios antes del archivado utilizando la información de contacto asociada con la cuenta.
Las cuentas del Nivel Gratuito archivadas que permanezcan inactivas durante un período de doce (12) meses consecutivos podrán ser eliminadas permanentemente, incluyendo todos los anuncios asociados, archivos de medios, asignaciones de dispositivos, configuraciones y datos de cuenta relacionados.
AdvysorTV se reserva el derecho de modificar estos períodos de inactividad, archivado y retención a su exclusiva discreción, con aviso razonable proporcionado a través de la plataforma o mediante la actualización de los Términos de Servicio.

Free Tier Inactivity and Account Archival Policy
By using the Free Tier of AdvysorTV, the user acknowledges and agrees that free accounts are subject to activity and resource management policies. A Free Tier account may be considered inactive if there is no significant activity, including but not limited to user logins, advertisement updates, or active TV device communication, for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days.
Accounts that remain inactive for ninety (90) consecutive days may be placed into an archived state, which may result in suspension of content delivery, disabling of connected TV devices, restricted dashboard functionality, and migration of stored media to lower-cost storage systems. AdvysorTV may attempt to notify users prior to archival using the contact information associated with the account.
Archived Free Tier accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be permanently deleted, including all associated advertisements, media files, device assignments, configurations, and related account data.
AdvysorTV reserves the right to modify these inactivity, archival, and retention periods at its sole discretion with reasonable notice provided through the platform or updated Terms of Service.
